Career Development can be defined as the assemblage of psychological, sociological, educational, physical, and economic factors that combines to influence the nature and significance of work in the total lifespan of an individual.
The Career Development Cell at Adani University leaves no stone unturned in achieving the excellence and holistic development of our students. A rigorous academic regimen supported by CDC’s year-round activities not only broadens students’ knowledge base and skill set but also imbibes in them the feeling of social and individual responsibilities. We aspire to bridge academia and industry.

Role of Career Development Cell
The CDC conducts training programs like Aptitude and Reasoning Solving Skills, Linguistic Skills Workshops, Group Discussions, Mock Interviews, etc. CDC is the epicenter for Career Guidance and Placement/Internship Support.
Students are recruited in core profiles enriching their careers in the specific domains like: Graduate Trainee Engineers. Frontend Developers, Backend Developers, Full-Stack Developers, Data Science Engineers, DevOops Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Management, Infrastructure Consultancy, Supply Chain & Logistics, Risk Analysis & Audit, Strategy, Planning & Project Execution, Infra/Project Finance, Business Development, Business Process Transformation, Land & Contracts, Regulatory & Policy Areas, Infra-HR, etc.
Every academic year, as part of the Campus Recruitment Program National and Global conglomerates from various verticals such as Infrastructure Developers, EPC, Consultancy, Real Estate, Transport & Logistics, Oil & Gas and Power, Private Equity, Asset Management, etc. participate in the recruitment process. As a result, the number of students placed through campus recruitments is continuously rising with the fattest pay and fittest role.
